chirpy

I was at work one morning when I heard loud chirping
sound I followed the noise and found a chick.
Here is chirpy I named it that because that's
how found it .

It was stuck under some tin. I picked up the tin and took
to its mom but the poor chick could not keep up. Its leg
was hurt. I asked my Boss if I could keep it. He said I could
because it would not live if it stayed there. I put the chick
in a cover barrel so the wind would not blow on it. When
mom came to pick us up I took the chick up and started
walking to the car "what is in your hands?" Mom asked
"A baby chick can I keep it it? It would not live if it stayed
here" I asked. She said I could as long as I kept it in a box.

A few days later we went on a trip and I had to do something
with the chick. We were about to take it with us and it would
stay in the car the hole week till my great grandmother said
that she would watch it for us. On the way home we picked
the chick up.

When the chick got some feathers I let it out side more often.
Chirpy is getting bigger.
It likes me holding it and it follows me around. And when the sun is
hot it would cuddles up by the pink bicycle helmet that is in the picture
or that little board that is in the picture also.

I love that chick.
it's the best pet I ever had.
